Support Policy
I've been providing free Javascript support for many years at several different forums. During that time I can honestly say that probably less than 10% of people's questions could actually be categorized as X Library support questions. The majority of people's questions are related to their applications. Nevertheless, I still try to help - and many times I go beyond helping by debugging their application and writing code for them.
But there's one situation where I have to draw the line: private links and email replies. Looking at private pages and providing email support is a service I provide only to my paying clients. I provide free support at this forum on the condition that everything is in the open.
I hope you will be understanding about this. I receive daily questions, not all of them at this forum. I could spend 24 hours per day providing free application support - but I just can't afford to do that. I trust you will understand.
If need me to help with an application which you can't discuss publically then consider hiring me. Contact me and we will discuss it.
